ITMP Acquires Majority Stake in Ma Formation Médicale

Advised by Ilium Partners, ITMP (Institute of Manual Therapy and Physiotherapy), a continuing education organization in physiotherapy, has taken a majority stake in Ma Formation Médicale, a platform for finding continuing education courses for health professionals. Established in 2009, ITMP, with a turnover of about €3 million, relies on a team of around sixty trainers. The Ma Formation Médicale platform, launched in 2018 in Marseille, is experiencing strong growth with 4,000 listed courses and 8,000 registered health professionals. Under the guidance of its new owner, Xavier Dufour, the sole shareholder of ITMP, the platform plans to start offering its own training courses.
